- 1 cup granulated sugar or brown/coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted; or coconut oil/vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour sifted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
