Cortisol Mocktail:
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 cup coconut water
- Juice of 1 lime
- Pinch of Celtic sea salt
- Optional: Fresh mint or ginger
Green Tea Cortisol Mocktail:
- 1 cup brewed green tea
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1- inch piece of grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Sparkling water to top off
- Mint leaves for garnish
Cucumber Mint Cortisol Mocktail:
- Fresh cucumber slices
- Handful of fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Sparkling water to top off
Cortisol Mocktail:
Blend 1 cup of fresh pineapple with 1 cup of coconut water until smooth.
Add the juice of 1 lime and a pinch of Celtic sea salt.
Optional: Add fresh mint or grated ginger for extra flavor.
