Ingredients
  

Cortisol Mocktail:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pinch of Celtic sea salt
  • Optional: Fresh mint or ginger

Green Tea Cortisol Mocktail:

  • 1 cup brewed green tea
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1- inch piece of grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Sparkling water to top off
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Cucumber Mint Cortisol Mocktail:

  • Fresh cucumber slices
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Sparkling water to top off

Instructions
 

Cortisol Mocktail:

  • Blend 1 cup of fresh pineapple with 1 cup of coconut water until smooth.
  • Add the juice of 1 lime and a pinch of Celtic sea salt.
  • Optional: Add fresh mint or grated ginger for extra flavor.
  • Pour into a glass, add ice, and enjoy.

Green Tea Cortisol Mocktail:

  • Brew 1 cup of green tea.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1-inch piece of grated ginger.
  • Stir in 1 teaspoon of honey.
  • Top with sparkling water and serve over ice.
  • Garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Cucumber Mint Cortisol Mocktail:

  • Blend fresh cucumber slices with mint leaves and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice until smooth.
  • Strain into a glass.
  • Add ice cubes and top with sparkling water.
