Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4-5 potatoes sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Cook the ground beef and diced onions in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink and the onions are soft. Drain excess fat.
  • Layer the cooked beef and onions in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange sliced potatoes on top.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and evaporated milk. Pour this mixture over the layered beef and potatoes.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  • Remove the foil, add shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 30 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.
