- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4-5 potatoes sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Cook the ground beef and diced onions in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink and the onions are soft. Drain excess fat.
Layer the cooked beef and onions in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange sliced potatoes on top.
