Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Mezcal such as Del Maguey, Ilegal, or Montelobos
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce triple sec
  • 1/2 ounce agave syrup
  • Salt and chili powder for rimming the glass
  • Lime wedge for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Glass: Rim your glass with a mixture of salt and chili powder by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and then dipping it into the salt-chili mix.
  • Mix the Drink: In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of mezcal, 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice, 1/2 ounce of pineapple juice, 1/2 ounce of triple sec, and 1/2 ounce of agave syrup.
  • Shake: Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
  • Serve: Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish: Add a lime wedge or pineapple slice for garnish.
