  • 1 tablespoon of sweetened matcha powder
  • 16 ounces of milk dairy or non-dairy, like almond, oat, or coconut milk
  • Vanilla syrup optional, to taste
  • Hot water for mixing with matcha powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix 1 tablespoon of matcha powder with a small amount of hot water in a bowl or cup. Whisk until smooth.
  • Heat or chill your milk according to preference (for hot latte, heat the milk; for iced latte, chill or use cold milk).
  • Add the whisked matcha to the milk.
  • Add vanilla syrup or sweetener of your choice if desired.
  • For an iced matcha latte, pour the prepared matcha and milk mixture over ice and stir well.
